It’s all gas lighting by government and media. Tell you something enough times so when it happens you believe it. Kinda like the ole “blacks vote 95% dem”. They don’t but it’s the easiest vote to steal so your told this over and over so when the filth steals 95% of the black vote you’ve been programmed to believe it’s real.

The formant of the voice indicates that the speaker is black but the video would suggest otherwise. As to why someone believed it necessary to switch the appearance of the speaker, I have nothing to offer. The message is definitely 100% on target regardless of the speaker or his race.
