Watching Germany vs Japan.
Hard not to cheer for a team that doesn’t have a guard over 6’. 5’5” and 5’7” dropping 3s.
Germany is supposed to be the usa toughest opponent. They don’t look it.

This French team on home soil is a bit scary. I don't mind that. '92 was great but I believe this is their lasting legacy. So many great national teams now rather than teams with a couple of stars and a bunch of nobodys filling the roster back then.

Went to a Shibuya Sunrockers game in April and there is an American on the roster who became a Japanese citizen and is on their Olympic team.
