You ever get the 3 wood blues ?

Damn that club...
It's funny, I played the original Callaway 2 wood with a titanium shaft for 10 years. I never thought about replacing it until it broke.
After that it was a endless circle of trying different 3 woods. It's tough to find one that is both great off the tee and the deck.
I'm not much of a fan of the shallow face woods.
I am trying the Srixon ZX 3 wood, it has a nice look.
The journey continues...

I have the zx 3wood. I can hit it on a fairway but can’t hit it at the range to save my life I know it’s in my head.

I’d hit my 2 iron before teeing off with my 3 wood. And do often if driver is out of play. Silly.

RBZ 3wood was my fav club for years. I could murder that thing. Full send.
Then i got worse and worse with every new club until i got into the ping g series. Love that flat head sitting on the fairway.

Qi10 3wood is an absolute game changer.... Probably the best club i've ever owned outside of my Adams Golf Tight Lies 3-wood from 20 years ago

Second this. I tried them all after dumping my M4 which was legendary.
Qi10 is amazing and has such a great look.
Literally had stealth, rogue, ping, titliest, you name it.

I’ve hit my Mavrik 3w 260 on a few occasions. It is an absolute rocket launcher.

I can destroy a 3 wood. About 40% of the time. The other 60% I top it. The only club I really ever top. I don't get it...

The OG Tour Edge Exotics 3 wood is still in my bag. It was by far the best 3 wood then, and I doubt it's much behind anything made today.

I live with the 3w blues. About 2 out of 10 are decent shots. Most of my misses are tops with the others sliced.

I have till I found a weight that works for me. I'm of the belief that 3w are far too heavy and we make it harder on ourselves to catch it flush consistently..
I picked up a RBZ with 50gram shaft in it and I stripe that thing. It's rare that I dont hit it well and even then, I'm still in play and just shorter than normal. The weight helps me connect with the swing a pick it off the deck easier

You have to have good tempo on a 3 wood swing.
Anything off and its gone.

Love the look of the head and the face depth. Not crazy about the shaft, but will give it a chance before reshafting.

Y’all talked me into it. Been having trouble with my 3-wood, so just bought used Qi10 max 16 degree.

Nope, can't do it. I use a 3 wood off the tee a lot.
