That can't be the ticket. They ride with Kamala or completely replace her. If they gain more than they lose with Michelle, then that's the play (they will definitely put Kelly on the ticket then, and they might anyway with Kamala).

And Michelle isn't leaving her life to be Vice fricking President. If she's interested at all, it is for the top spot.

Quick way for kamala to get replaced, appointing mike as vp.
You typically want someone that is a less desired president as vp. So they let you remain president.

In that case Kamala is fuked.

Because Bozo the clown would outshine that knucklehead.

“I’ve never expressed any interest in politics. Ever,” says Michelle. “I mean, I agreed to support my husband. He wanted to do it, and he was great at it. But at no point have I ever said, ‘I think I want to run.’ Ever. So, I’m just wondering: Does what I want have anything to do with anything? Does who I choose to be have anything to do with it?”

I still say it's Michelle. It explains Obama's statement today. It explains the Clinton's opposite position as they vie for control against Barack.

Barack will be the president. Michelle will be the Queen.

Exactly. Let the guy be who he wants to be.

I don't think it's Michele either. Why would she? They are already running things in the background and still get to galavant all around the world like billionaires.

It's gonna be Heels Up and Baldwin from Wiscy. Try to win back that midwest vote.

Her running mate will likely be an older white male.

My guess would be Roy Cooper, the governor of North Carolina. He's 67, and won the governorship in NC by nearly 6 points in 2016 and 2.5 points in 2020. Trump won NC by 1.3 points in 2020 and 3.6 points in 2016.

Another possibility would be Josh Shapiro. He won the PA governors race by 15 points in 2022. The problem with him is he likely has future presidential aspirations and doesn't want to tie his career to Harris. He's only 51.

This encapsulates how Barack would feel, so I doubt it ever happens.

Mike and Barrack are enjoying hundreds of millions of dollars they “acquired” over the years! I think they take a back seat and watch this play out. Obama and the dems know they’re screwed this go round, so there is no point in getting in the middle of a Democratic Party Civil War. I think they are just like the rest of us waiting for the fireworks and watching it all unfold.
