Doesn't mean they aren't there anyways. Rs will mount a legal assault.

What does it matter?
They’ll just change whatever they need to.
I’ve seen this play before.

Legality doesn’t matter

I keep seeing this but I don't think it's as hard as many think. Take Nevada for example. The governor (who I think might be Dem) declares an emergency executive order for placing Kamala on the ballot and the state legislature follows it up with a 2/3 majority vote to confirm. Case closed, Heels Up Hoe is now on the ballot.

Because it still needs to be pointed out. Lots of dems didn't even know the Hunter Biden laptop existed.
Point it out. Make them see it and approve of it. Good to let them show their arse.

And that's corrupt. Emergency power invocation by dems yet again to seize power.

It’s wrong because Biden isn’t even on the state ballots.
The nominee has not been selected. Legally speaking, primary votes are just glorified straw polls until the conventions name their nominee.

Oh I know, but nothing in the last 4 years have been above board with these people. An "emergency" EO would be almost certainly the shortcut they take. Chicago/Obama style rules 101.

I wish that were true but it is not unfortunately.
Nevada: Each major political party must provide the names of their candidates for president and vice president to the secretary of state by 5 p.m. on the first business day of September of the year of a presidential election. That’s Tuesday, Sept. 3 this year because Sept. 2 is Labor Day.
That is about two-and-a-half weeks before the state’s deadline of Sept. 21 for distributing ballots to military and overseas voters. Nevada’s deadline is set in regulation.

There will probably be lawsuits filed but I’m not sure they will last longer than a couple of days.
