Had a big lunch, so wasn't very hungry. Had some bacon and 2 english muffins with apple butter. Got the apple butter at Southside Produce last weekend. Haven't had apple butter in years, but it really hit the spot.

60 day dry aged ribeye and NYS split with the misses. Homemade roasted garlic butter for some baked potato’s with fixins.

I’m not making fun of you personally.
But it’s funny because a friend of mine and I will go to this bbq place we love that has a plethora of sides. And every time he fumbles for an answer when they ask him what sides he wants… the pressure is building… he stares at the menu while saying “umm… umm… damn… umm”
I’m standing behind him thinking “ he’s going to do it… the sob is finally going to order something else…”
And just as the sky is blue… he mutters “baked beans and potato salad”
