The world has gone mental.
The toughest part: Trying to distance oneself from it.
I’ve found that getting outdoors (even in brutal humid/stifling hot Houston) helps … along with absorbing the Bible and deactivating most of my social media accounts. There’s a fine line between staying informed and exposing oneself to toxic people. I’m working on navigating that boundary.
Just my unsolicited Saturday morning thoughts. Blessings to all y’all.
