Ideas for a Louisiana themed F/D gift?

Great minds of the F/D board. I have a business meeting in North Carolina next week with two guys who are big foodies. I want to bring them some different items from here to show my appreciation and hopefully make a good impression. They are both loaded, so expensive doesn’t necessarily matter, the more genuine, the better. I’ve got a couple of ideas but was hoping someone here may have some ideas I haven’t thought of. Thanks!

Find one of these andouille places that smoke it at the shop. Have them let you know when they take it out the smoke and have it vacuum packed. Travels well with no refrigeration.
