Good adult place to go within 3 hours of Baton Rouge

Looking for somewhere to go for this weekend for one night. Most of the casinos in Biloxi are booked up. Looking for a place with a nice pool if possible.

Old town Covington has a cool little hotel named Southern Star. There are a few Bed and Breakfast places in that area.
In nola, the Windsor Court, NOPSI, Roosevelt, and ACE Hotel all have pools. There are many others, but those kind of stand out to me.
You can search for some non casino places along the MS coast. White House Hotel looks nice.
Maybe a BnB in Ocean Springs.

Melrose Mansion in our secret, quiet spot in New Orleans. Great pool area, and I've never seen kids there.
Buffa's is next door for late night snacks and live music.
Port O Call is right across the street for burgers.
Habana Outpost is about a block away for great Cuban sandwiches, etc.
Lafitte's Blacksmith shop is about 4 blocks away if you want a drink or two.

Took the kids to BSL and stayed at The Pearl Sunday night. Would make a great getaway for a day for a couple. Tons of beach bars with live music next to each other, decent pool and decent restaurants all within walking distance. Nothing is further than a minute or two on foot from The Pearl.

Sounds great, but there are no available dates until at least 2027, when I gave up looking. I suspect they don't permit bookings more than a certain days out, but I can't even see what the price range is for years. So, not so secret.
