She knows she would be, unable to comprehend a third of the information at any of the daily cabinet or staff meetings She in my opinion, if offered, will decline. And that is with everyone in her ear telling her, other people will be doing all the leg work, just like they did for Joe. She gone in my opinion.

I don't think she's scared to be president because in reality she won't do shite.
