Gayle has at most five years left as owner. She will wait until she gets cut a check for expansion and then sell.
There will be a strong contingent pushing her to sell if/when Saints falter. She doesn’t have the business acumen to run a company and the consortium of Lauscha, Loomis and Bensel will just continue to collect their checks.

the value of NBA franchises will be an easy sell with team likely headed to Vegas or Seattle assuming expansion doesn't get there first

There's already a plan and it indicates that she plans to hold on to the team and then sell after she passes with a trust/foundation to donate to nonprofits. I dont remember all details but they were very public about it in the last few years.
She has no reason to sell before she passes. It seems like it will be difficult to convince a new owner to stay without a sizable discount and/or protections about increased payments if moving withing X years.
