Let me preface by saying, I’m a rock and metal guy at heart. Always thought Gaga had a great voice, but damn! Went with some friends to her Vegas show. It’s more jazz and piano, and it was unbelievable. The girl has some pipes, and the trumpet player that accompanied her was amazing.

Same here. Had no interest in seeing her but she gave a great Superbowl halftime show. Strong voice. I’d go see her live.

She loves Metal. She is a huge Iron Maiden & Metallica fan. She performed with Metallica at the Grammys about 5 or 6 years ago(technicall difficulties screwed up the performance). Of all the pop stars she probably has the most pure talent. Watch her Chromatica Ball & you can tell how influenced she is by Metal with the way she arranged her stage & all the props that were used.

It was a surreal experience for sure, coming from an all time Maiden fan. She never missed a note, was engaging with the audience…just an overall quality experience.

she’s a serious talent and an excellent songwriter. Neither metal nor pop are my thing but I really like this song she did with Lukas Nelson

here’s Bob weir and Trey Anastasio singing one of her songs

GaGa loves Maiden, she is on record saying she was up at midnight for Book Of Souls. so she could listen, as that album was released right at midnight.

I caught her in Vegas as well with Tony Bennet about a decade ago. She’s amazing in that setting. Definitely cut from the cloth of a different era as an artist,

Full disclosure. I knew her in college, and I’ve always thought that she was a cool person and very talented.

It’s just a saying. Things don’t always have to be so serious.

I’ve always liked her.
I gained another level of appreciation for her and her talent with A Star is Born. When she sings following Bradley Cooper you see the difference between someone who can sing and someone who is an absolute star.
