I'm crushing Miller Lites after getting off early. You folks traveling through Mobile right now I

I just did it early at 330.

This is just a post of you father's who have their son/ daughter everyday and every weekend. I'm jealous as I only get mine every other weekend. I try and make the most out of the limited time we have and the little dude loves fishing as much or more than me. I think he has more patience with it than I do at this point.

Cherish those moments you have with your kids as I did with my dad.

Latest

Got a pretty cool one this passed weekend

still have to brag on this one for him, He said on the way home "dad, look at my thumb, it's torn up". I said "what does that mean?" Him: "we caught some good bass". Me: "where'd you hear that from?" Him: "you"

This is one of my favorites. Little dude just kept reeling while I kept one hand on the rod to keep it on the doc and not in the water. Baitcaster for the win

We've come a ways since these.

Looks like you're doing a great job with the time you have with them.

Picked up some tacos and burgers from local place at the harbor here, after fishing this evening. Jai Alai and Millers cleaning boat and fish. We finally had a good week with the wind laying down, so had to take advantage of it. Fished and/or boated every afternoon. Some solid trout and a few good tripletail this week. Hell of a good run.

A popper and a 3" bream on a flyrod have made their way to the other side of the pond with the simple flick of my wrist

Be careful when fishing shirtless. Those lil frickers hurt when you yank em in to your chest lol

Rookie. I've fly fished out of a kayak and never had that issue. Know your wind and limitations with the weight of your rod and line/ lure.
