What is the work going on at the foot of the Causeway? They have red markers in the water and a large barge with a couple of tug boats.

Looks like a dredging operation.

They are rebuilding the marsh/swamp. Well at least between Bonnabel and Bucktown harbor.

Yeah I saw that today too.
Seems like an awfully small area to dredge for any major project but I'm not engineer.
