Is the Biden impeachment inquiry still a thing ?

Seems like James Comer could stop playing the banjo for a second and subpoena the Hur the tapes 
Being an impeachment inquiry there would be no standing for garland to deny the request…if he did the courts would force him to turn it over

I think Republicans should make a very big deal about dropping all impeachment efforts on Biden. Just say it is due to his mental capacity and there is no way he can remember what he had for breakfast yesterday much less something that happened 2, 3, 5, 7 years ago.
It wouldn't be lying if he told something that wasn't true.... it's just that his mental faculties have deteriorated to the point that it would serve no purpose.
Take the high road while kicking him sqarely in the nuts.

At this point, 5 months before an election you just let election season play out. I wish they had previously played this same game as Democrats but at this point don't risk making a martyrs out of him. Let Biden sink his own ship with his remaining time.

Republicans would be stupid to push Biden impeachment at this time. Continue the investigations and reporting the finding but, NO ... Do not move to a formal impeachment.
Let Biden and the Democrats continue to swallow in ineptness and their own poor media. Give them nothing that can be used by the media to make Biden a victim.

Bringing down Biden is not about Biden. It's not even about winning an election. Joe Biden is a domino. There are many other dominos after him. If we drop the investigation, we may win an election but will never topple the first domino.
There is a reason the establishment Rs and Ds both hate Trump. He is going to rock the boat that in DC that the corrupt establishment has controlled for generations. He will upset the flow of money from our treasury to corporations run by big party donors.
Biden is the gift that keeps on giving. He used a crackhead as his bag man. Bringing down Biden is key to cleaning up DC, because if we don't, it will be a LOOOONG time before we ever see an outsider, like Trump in the White House again.
ETA - an impeachment is futile. They just need to keep gathering evidence. They have a lot of evidence of Hunter and James Biden raking in tens of millions, but relatively little of the money going all the way to Joe. They need a case where the evidence is overwhelming that Biden was playing for pay.

Comer dragged this shite out way too long....there was enough evidence of impeachable offenses i.e. taking bribes in exchange for influence. Should have impeached him just to keep in the spotlight what a corrupt shite bag Joe Biden is and frick up the Dem agenda

It is the HUR tapes you want. Impeach, get the HUR tapes, drag out the impeachment while getting the HUR tapes in front of the masses 24/7.
After election, suspend the impeachment.
