Let Neal or Frey dh. If Travinski was half as good as he thinks he is he’d be average.

Been in a slump all season.

March called and wants its idea back

Travinski has been better in every way than both Neal and Frey the entire season. This is just dumb.

Not gonna happen …he’s the leader of this team. Bet he gets going tomorrow

What has Frey done to earn playing time?
Travinski has a record. Heck White is in a slump.

Didn't he hit a rope line drive on his last at bat? Who do we have that is a bigger threat at the plate? He and TT are definitely slumping but I don't know of anyone we have better.

I’d be okay with Frey
What do we have to lose?
What do we have to lose?

Yep and he had a good SEC Tournament as well.
People are being dumb.

Travinski has a record.

Heck White is in a slump.
Prior to today:
"In the Tigers’ last-gasp push to earn an SEC bid by winning 7 of their last eight games, White is batting .416 (15 of 36) 13 RBI and 4 homers."

Slump?

I feel like he just needs to take a few more walks when the junk ball pitchers are in but his eyes light up when he sees a 4.5+ era and he can’t help himself. He’ll dial it in against the big boys I reckon.

Right!! He’s the leader of this team, he WILL break out soon. He’s hitting the ball, it’s just at people. Hits will come.

Only thing with Tommy, he needs to be more patient. He’s swinging at the first pitch just about every time. Pitchers not gonna give him good pitches to hit. Wait for the 3-1 count.

Unfortunately Tommy popped it up, but he was green lit of course, but did work the count.

Travinsky was in a little slump prior to the end of the regular season. In the last game of the regular season, he went 3 for 4against Ole Miss with two doubles. During the SEC tournament, he was good and made the All tournament team. In the last eight games going back to game 2 of OM, Trav has faced, almost all SEC pitching and is still batting over .300. Today he was one of the few batters that kept working the count and then his last bat, hit a rope and the third baseman made an amazing play. You don’t take that bat out of the lineup with what we have on the bench. Not to mention Trav is one of the biggest team leaders and we have been on a roll lately.
I will say it again, this thread is dumb.

Frey was hitting the ball well before he got injured

A lot of players struggled today. Trav's previous 4 games:
6/16 .375
4 runs
3 RBIs
3 walks
He needs to be more consistent and patient, but he has had some signs of getting back on track.

Stfu. You wanted to sit Braswell too. You have zero credibility.

White is my wife's favorite player. We have been married for over fifty years and she has never been a Sports Fan. She has complained often about my addiction to sports.
When White comes to the plate, or hits a home run, I call her to come and watch.
It has become a family joke
Early in the SEC tournament he hit two home runs, one a grand slam. I messaged my Daughter in Law and we had a good laugh about it.
Then it seemed as if he struggled the rest of the tourney.
Hope he returns to form soon, as well as Travinski.

Slump?
They're talking about his last 4 games.
In the last 4 he's batting: .118 (2 of 17) 1 RBI, 2 Ks, and 2 BB.
Hopefully he breaks out of this mini Slump tomorrow night.
