Any tips on booking transportation from the airport (CUN) to a resort we're staying at nearby? New to this Mexico all inclusive stuff and I don't want to deal with any bullshite or hustlers when we arrive. I've been told it can be chaotic in the airport. Any recs on legit, dependable rides to and from the resort? TIA

Here's one you should check out. CARM transfers. I may use them in mid June to get to the port for the ferry to Isla M.

Your all inclusive resort doesn’t offer or suggest one?

2nd Carm. I used them last trip. They were well priced and give you a beer for the ride.

This is the best option. Worth the $69 or $100 depending on if you get the rt ferry from them too.
I used to take the ADO to Cancun station then a taxi to the terminal then the ferry.
Bring off the plane and having a guy holding a sign with my name then a private van to the ferry was awesome. Got there in a little over 15 minutes instead of the hour plus I'm used to.
I go to IM a lot. Enough that I want to get a condo there. This was the best option I took.

Option A - let the resort handle it

Option B - go on TripAdvisor, search for resort transportation and there's a couple that have like 8000 positive reviews.

Option B will be cheaper, Option A involves contacting the resort and being done with it.

Go to your resort website or confirmation email - should have a link to book transportation.

USA Transfers. Reliable and cheaper than going through the resort. We've used them for years. They will give you info you need at booking. But basically just avoid anyone approaching you, go straight outside, and look for the USA Transfers rep.
