We seldom make it at home, but we often knock one out when staying in a vacation rental. Easy, cheap, and good.

We do this quite often. Make everything that we would put into a taco. Then instead of tortillas, I put cool ranch doritos in a bowl and throw the taco stuff on top.

It's one of my favorite 10 minute meals.

I've been making the Korean Ground Beef recipe that was posted on here a few weeks back. It's a weekly staple now
