Absolutely crazy dude. Had to be to rush a cop who had his gun pulled. Hate it for the cop. Feel very little sorrow for the crazy guy.
Hard to shoot someone and not have at least some problems living with it

Dumbass shouldn't ever charge at a cop. What an idiot. I hate to say he deserved it, but at the same time, you don't act that way to law enforcement and the cop had the right to pull the trigger there. This crazy man was posing an aggressive threat to the officer.
If you cooperate, this doesn't happen, period.

Is this suicide by a cop?

You think the guy looking to bullrush armed cops from 15 feet is the guy who lays down upon request?

I probably would've offed the guy too & the cop has just as much right to self defense as I do.
That's the thing.
I think the guy was mentally incapacitated to some degree for some reason.
I don't think he "deserved" to die.
But whether he was fully responsible or not, he put the officer in a position in which he had to shoot the guy to protect his own life and safety.
Assuming I'm right that the guy was mentally compromised, it's tragic.
But the officer did nothing wrong.

Tasers don’t work on everyone and fail plenty of times
And i know for myself with the length of time i have done Jiu Jitsu, you let me get my hands on you, you going to sleep.
So i have no issue with that. You wanna get aggressive and run up on an officer who has been giving you commands, well you eared that one

Not suicide. I think the dude truly didn’t think the cop would shoot him.

On a different note, a video like this shows just how quickly a bad guy can close distance even when a gun is already drawn. Shows why carrying a controllable semiautomatic pistol is preferable over a 357 snubnose which is more powerful but much harder to control, esp follow up shots. I sometimes carry a snubnose 38spl but tbh I don’t know how I’d have fared with it facing a rushing threat like this.

Clean in my book. What was the cop suppose to do? Wait till the guy beats him unconscious?
Don’t know why the guy was pulled over but the officer gave him plenty of chances.
