Gangster rap is the most prevalent type of music for young people, and has been for a while. Music about bitches, violence, money, and crime. They look up to these rappers who are transparent about being pieces of shite. I can't say that I am blameless as I enjoyed this type of music growing up, and still do from time to time.
Point being, it is absolutely not shock or surprise that a lot of these big celeb rappers that people put on pedestals are giant pieces of shite.
