Their living conditions ain't bad at all.

They would probably still be on the ship had it made it out of port. The ship still needs a crew. What’s the problem?

Basically like a hotel room. Even has a cuck chair and everything.

Are they getting overtime?

I'd be willing to bet they're on contract and not hourly.

I was hoping someone would show a video like that- I spent a little bit working in the Canal Zone- with that, I was on a ship- working on my cargo, not part of the normal crew- but I did go around the ship a lot. This was a WW- Wallenius Willhelmsen ship- they move Toyota, Cat, Komatsu, and many other people’s RoRo freight.
There was a full gym, glass enclosed full basketball court, nice cabins- akin to a small vacation cruise cabin, walking track, and everyone seemed to be pretty happy to be there. I asked one of the guys about the type of food- he told me it was really cool because everyone is from somewhere else in the world, so they pretty much rotated each of their ethnicities each day and ate that- it was always new.

Maybe they should fix the engine/SCR issue that caused the incident in the first place while waiting

You don't think its possible that they've fixed the circuits and generator(s) in the past six weeks?
they only have backup power

Homendy spoke to the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee on May 15, shortly after the NTSB released a report laying out a minute-by-minute account of the hours leading up the crash. She noted that the Dali's backup power systems are primarily used for radio equipment, navigation, and limited steering, rather than fully restoring its ability to control its movement.

The government still has something left for them to accomplish before they leave the ship.

“When will I get off the ship? When will I be able to get home?”
More than a month later, crew members still don’t know the answers.
They’ve been confined to the ill-fated Dali ever since it lost power, veered off course and crushed the Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26

the crew lost contact with their families when the FBI seized the crew’s cell phones on April 15 as part of its ongoing investigation into the crash.

“Their days are full. They have normal duties on board. They need to look after the ship, look after equipment, make sure everything is working and functioning that needs to. They’re also assisting with the salvors.”

On Monday, after six weeks atop the bow of the Dali, a massive piece of the Key Bridge was blown apart in a series of controlled explosions – with the crew still on board
