Please tell me you are not really going to argue this. Let me ask you a question; what is by far the largest population center in the State of NY? If NYC faied to report ANY crime stats since 2021 would the stats for NY State be skewed down? Think it through logically…..if you can!

Eben if you had posted accurate numbers, it's high crime rate cities that take up a larger percentage state's overall population.
