re: Are we looking at rotating Kling, Brown, and Pearson in the OF the rest of the way?

Mdomingue I know your a huge fan boi of Kling but you can't just make up stats for your boy. You have him hitting 8 for 38 for a .211 batting average and a .375 OBP in SEC play. According to LSUsports .net Klinger is hitting .156 with a .291 OBP in SEC play. You added 55 points in BA and 84 points in OBP. I know you worship the ground Klinger walks on but you just can't just make up stats to benefit your boy.
Now please explain how starting a .156 hitter helps LSU?

I don’t mind Kling in CF, as long as he’s not leading off. I liked the lineup 1-6 last night with Larson leading off and Tanks and Bear being moved up to the 2 and 3 spots, followed by Pearson, Trav and Braswell.
Finish it off with Milam, Milazzo then Kling. That might be our best lineup going forward.

Your obsession with Kling is really weird. You literally only come on here to bash him.

Honest mistake here.

I have a spreadsheet that may have some errors

As mentioned above, recent production, the last month, is my primary comparison to Bingham. I like Kling's speed and defense.
But aside from all that, I do appreciate anyone catching my errors and letting me know, lord knows I make them more often than I would like to.

What can I say Fred unlike you I don't like watching bad baseball players play for LSU. Surely there has to be at least 1 player on team who can play cf and hit better than .156.

Rudy wants Jake Brown who is hitting .083 in SEC to play instead.
Definitely dealing with a logical person here.

Lester my boy am waiting for you to explain again how Neal is the catcher who should be starting along with his .114 SEC average. I did know you would be along to defend your beloved Klinger. At least 1 of your 3 favs is having a good season..Braswell.
I know reading comprehension isn't your strong suite so I will repeat again. Surely there is at least one player on the team who can play cf and hit better than .156. I don't see Browns name in that statement. While I do feel he would hit better than ur beloved Klinger if he had more than 12 or 13 SEC at bats if he can't then try Derrick Mitchell or Zeb Ruddell In center. Or is your philosophy only play one guy in center all year even if he can't hit.

Dude…there are no in season trades. We got what we got at this point. The next Dylan Crews isn’t walking through the door this season. You have gotten your wish since the last time you were crying about Kling. Since then two different guys have played in his place in SEV games and neither one of them have gotten a hit. CF is at a disadvantage when Bingham is in the game and Brown is somehow hitting worse than Kling.
It’s time to move on buddy. Kling is the only one that has shown a little improvement over the last month but obviously CJJ wants to see if someone else can get it going.
Quit looking for every opportunity to shite on the kid. It’s lame.

Lame ....you call hitting .156 an improvement ...what would you call hitting .196 ?
If you don't like me posting your heros actual stats don't read my posts.

it’s hard to talk baseball with biased fan boi’s like you

I would call hitting .226 in April an improvement but we already know you will try and break it down on a micro scale and focus on his last 6 at bats.
Posted on 5/4/24 at 5:31 pm to Lester Earl
Actually you mean you have trouble talking to a person who laughs at you for continually defending a catcher hitting .114 in SEC play and a cf hitting. 156 in SEC play. Don't like having to continually justify that do you. Leslie.
Posted on 5/4/24 at 5:35 pm to FredbullTN
I am looking at macro numbers Fred ...his SEC performance last year and this year. But ok if u want to call hitting .226 over a very short time feel free. I can just see mlb scouts reporting well I know he is hitting .156 for SEC but he caught fire in last 5 games and hit .226.
Posted on 5/4/24 at 5:36 pm to Rudy40
Nah, just play the guy hitting .083 !!
Posted on 5/4/24 at 5:36 pm to FredbullTN
Oh and just remember Fred you are on the same side of this argument as Lester....let that sink in.

Kling should never get on the field at lsu again. He isn't good the coach doesn't accept a "fact" that he can't hit.
Brown
Larson
Pearson
Should never come off the field for rest of this year. Anyone who argues that Kling's play should earn him a start is baseball stupid.

Lmao you truly are retarded. Last week all you could talk about is how he went 0-6 against Auburn. Now when that doesn’t work quite as well bc all the replacements have done the same exact shite, you change your argument.
Nobody gives a crap what his potential is right now as it projects the majors and guys are allowed to get better as the season goes on. He had a good April. Bingham has been in the crapper. And Brown just isn’t ready.
The one thing that is for certain is the guy you kept calling to get more at bats, is actually getting worse in regards to batting average. Yet all you do is shite on Kling. You’re pathetic.

Fred are you sure you aren't Lester's alter ego? Changing other people's comments to fit your argument?? You are just like Leslie. I have said numerous times I would like to see Brown start a full series and see if he can hit but if he doesn't try others. If Brown doesn't hit would love to see Derrick Mitchell or Ruddell get a shot. Or do u believe if 1 or 2 guys don't hit better than Klings miniscule average put Kling back in cause no one on ream can hit better than .156.
Come on Lester...err I mean Fred your better than that.
