Do you think Miles has the players watching to see another team running the TO??? If he's not, bad move cause we'll need all the exposure we can get against an offense we haven't seen before

Man I picked Wake in this game. What a dumb move. They arent gonna be able to stop this option.

Good Luck Less.

Wouldn't he be better served to have them watching additional tape of the team that we will actually be playing?

As I posted on another thread, Josh Nesbitt, Jonathan Dwyer, Roddy Jones and WR Demarius Thomas >>> anything Navy puts on the field. We were 16 ypg behind them in our first year running the O, and going against the likes of Boston College, VA Tech, Mississippi State, Clemson, Florida State, Miami and the University(sic) of Georgia on D.

We also now have the evil genius of option football on our sideline.... Just sayin'.

and as bad as our D plays, I think we are more talented than Wake and Wake has held Navy to 6 points on offense but their offense has given up 7 points(maybe 14 if this play stands)

And GT's O > Navy's O, FWIW.

Wake goes 98 for 6. Nice!

Navy's offense good for 3 points.

The other 10 were off of turnovers.

WF is still in this thing.

Wake's a whole lot better - especially on D - than a lot of folks give them credit for. They lost a lot on O from last year, and they have never been a powerful offensive team, just consistent and steady like maybe a Vandy or USC(e). And Jim Grobe is an excellent coach. Navy has no D, and that is another BIG difference between them and GA Tech.

navy has no D? They had two straight shutouts coming into this game. The gave up 30 points only once and over 20 only 5 times(once in OT).

Correct. Navy has no D. They have improved over the last couple of years, but really don't play great D. They are ranked 50-something in the nation. Shutout? Eh, we shut out Dook, big deal. No wait... Dook spanked Vandy.

Looking over their season now, Navy has gotten better on D, but still not great.

One of my more favorite ways to refer to the mutts. Although UGAg and UGAy, thUGA tend to be a little more popular.

Why would that be a bad move???

As long as they're watching game film of Georgia Tech, the team we are actually playing, who cares about this game.
