Apparently there is a Korean BBQ and Hot Pot place going on at the old Joe’s Crab Shack. This one actually has a sign, so it might actually open:
quote:
KPot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot has a sign on the restaurant at 7620 Andrea Drive, near the Siegen Lane-Interstate 10 intersection.
KPot offers all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and hot pot.
all you can eat barbecue or hot pot costs $22 per person for a weekday lunch or $33 for weeknight dinners and on the weekend. For $5 more, customers can get both unlimited barbecue and hot pot. The Advocate

They JUST opened a K-Pot up here where I live a few weeks ago. I went last week and it wasn't bad. The staff was a little bit of a mess still settling in but the food quality was good.

So we're gonna go from having zero Korean BBQ joints to three in a very short time span

I will add that though the food quality is good, the selection is pretty mainstream. They don't have a very expansive menu with more exotic meats. You're not going to find cheeks or large/small intestines.

love me some Korean BBQ. may see how expensive they all are.
I have found most korean food to be pretty good.
