Selling Drums

Anyone have success selling drums online anywhere? I'm getting old and don't really play anymore. They just take up space.
It's a 5-pc Gretsch Renown maple kit in cherry burst with all Bosphorus cymbals, DW pedals, Roc-n-Soc throne, etc.
Should I piecemeal it on eBay or try and sell it whole?

The kit, sell as a whole unless someone is making you an offer you can’t refuse on a single piece.
Hardware and cymbals you can piecemeal.
If you’re lazy, guitar center will give you 60% of what they’re worth on the open market, depending on condition. Looks like that shell pack goes for about $1,100 online.
The problem with trying to sell it all at once is that a gigging drummer may not want that exact configuration of cymbals, shells, hardware, etc., while a beginner drummer with a couple grand to plop down on a “plug and play” setup is going to be hard to find.
Good luck!

I'd check out Reverb before putting it on eBay.
I tend to not get as many lowball offers when listing there.

Drummer here, with a few kits already, but this intrigues me. What are the sizes on these tubs? Is the kick drum virgin or does it have the tom-mount bracket?

...and I definitely agree with Footbaw about giving Reverb a shot over eBay. eBay has become a pain in the arse for sellers.

I’ve had luck on Facebook marketplace, you won’t have to pack or ship anything.

Facebook marketplace,
This. Why wouldn’t you try FB or Craigslist first?
