Use the search function before you start a divorce thread. I'm pretty sure we've covered this one.

Jeez, some storms came out of nowhere and headed to OKC metro. This was unexpected and unforecast. Not alarming just surprised
That seems to be a/the front. There's not a whole lot of temp drop, but there's a wind shift and lower dews behind it.

I don’t doubt it. That’s a pretty nasty bowing line. NWS has issued a large severe thunderstorm warning out ahead of it.

Barksdale had a 48mph gust three different times between 7:19 and 7:26 with steady wind at 38mph.
The airport had a gust of 69mph (Nice!), but the site only updates every five minutes or so.
50mph gust at the other site.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a spin up or two North of Shreveport across the state line with that RIJ. It may have already had a brief one earlier.

Best couplet I've seen today just south of Springfield, MO.
Obvious CC drop.
It's let up in the last few scans.
QLCS more than likely.

Unfortunately these east Texas storms are in a poor radar coverage area.
Always either too far from the radar or right on top of it

Pretty dangerous flash flooding situation going on basically along a line from College Station to Shreveport.

Between 4 and 10" of rain have fallen and swift water rescues have been carried out. Two FF Emergencies encompassing roughly the same area with both expiring at the same time is kind of odd, though.

Is this in College Station?
