GREAT for MCNEESE and LAKE CHARLES!!!!! Coach Wade and company will get butt and take names. It may be only one more year but what a year it will be.

Big run to the 2nd rd?
For a team like mcneese, that’s a pretty big deal. Eat a dick

He shouldn't put too much effort into it. Committee isn't giving a Southland team an at large bid
It's unlikely. Though I wouldn't say impossible. McNeese finished the season with a 56 NET ranking (it was higher at the time of the selection in March). You had teams like A&M, Washington St., South Carolina with NET's in the 40-50 range get at-large bids. With a better OOC schedule and in-conference dominance it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility (though still unlikely)

Just making it two years in a row would be historic.
People here in LC would go crazy thinking that Lake Charles is "important".

McNeese apparently raised over 7 figures
So 8 figures?

NEWS: Jerome Brewer Jr. will transfer to McNeese State
Brewer Jr. averaged 13.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game at Texas A&M Commerce
Wade just stole their best player!

Looks like all Will Wade is missing is a Center.
Granted this guy might play center.

A&m, Wazzu, and South Carolina are major conference teams. Indiana St got left out with a NET in the 30s and they're in a better conference than McNeese. McNeese probably wouldn't even be able to get a NET that high with all the anchors in their conference.

This guy dropped 32/7 when they played McNeese

Bryant Selebangue averaged a double/double two years ago at Tulsa. Also, Mr. ESPN top 10 is back.
Probably won’t have a true center.
