Yes

Their rotation has been falling off for a while. They clearly needed to remake it this off-season and largely added a bunch of #4 type starters with little upside. I’m not sure what they were expecting but the results so far aren’t surprising. They need to hire pitching development people from an org that does it well

pitching is good, rotation is solid 1-3, offense is a nightmare.

It will get better, but not sure how much better

DeWitt and John Mozeliak are the problem. The franchise will improve the day those numbskulls are gone.

I hope it doesn’t affect Marmol’s standing with the team. He’s a great manager.

Ownership no longer cares. And player development is a shell of what it used to be. There's your answer.

The big league roster is below average as well as the farm system. They don’t spend money. How are they rebuilding anything?

3rd in the NL in era .. and this is without our 2 best setup guys. Need to remove either Gibson or MM from the rotation asap. Neither are gonna get much better than a 5 era. Can’t have two doing that.

And replace them with who?

Are you trolling? The arms have been good to great.
They can't hit. But it's early and they just got Noot back and Edman isn't too far from return either.
I'd say wait and see, most projections had them winning the division for a reason.

…. What’s the point in saying this? So it’s assumed it’ll get ready bad? Could we say it may actually get better?

Do you actually think it will get better?

Their offense has been abysmal

The starting rotation is terrible outside of Gray. Yes, they will not finish anywhere near THIRD in MLB in ERA
