If you go through your pcp, is the cost comparable to what is listed through this service? Have you had issues with insurance covering most of the cost?

Marek doesn't do insurance at all, to my understanding. I've heard this said on many podcasts and their FAQ on their site says "Marek Diagnostics will not communicate with insurance companies." So it's all out of your pocket.

My experience has been that insurance will cover most of the first time of getting this bloodwork done. After that, they won't cover hardly any of it unless its only once a year. I like 6 month (at least) check up. Sometimes 3 month if I've changed my regimens any.

The main issue I had with my PCP is that she was perfectly content and wouldn't prescribe or even discuss TRT because my number of 304 was in the normal range. She is also an endocrinologist. We didn't discuss how I feel, libido... anything.. just you are in normal range, therefore you are good.

I'm a 36 year old male.
