But there will need to be some ~4th stringers that will take off.

But if no starters r 2 stringers leave then you can call that good news.

Jacoby Mathews from A&M has entered the portal (supposedly can’t transfer to an SEC school - what is this rule?)

Is that counting Howard leaving already?

I didn't see the interview but Kelly apparently said we will only look at DTs.
Josh Pate has said that after talking with a lot of coaches around the country, there are a lot of coaches that knew who was leaving and who they were taking to fill those spots during spring practices.

Answered it yourself. Unless he’s a grad transfer

How long has that rule been active? Is it just for the spring window?

Denver Harris played for us last year. Max Johnson played for Texas A&M.
I’m sure there are plenty of other examples

I think we need at least three to leave right now heard on the radio that LSU is presently at 88

We should look at defensive tackle, without a doubt, possibly a punter and maybe a RB if Holly can't get back.
