re: Is there a way we can figure out for them to let Mike come in the stadium again? Updated

Why would you want that. That is a magnificent beast, don’t torture him.

It’s hard not to go there, and people use MB’s to vent.
re: If Tommy Tank was patient, we would have had another 2 runs.

It’s hard to argue with success, but in general I prefer patient at bats. Power hitters tend to be aggressive, and the average guys tend to work the count. You need both. A walk is a base runner, just like a single up the middle. Power hitters become more devastating with base runners. Need base runners. A solo shot is nice, but crooked number home runs are back breakers. Small ball is fascinating, but to be reall effective you have to have speed up and down the line up.
Quiet on the Portal, any good rumors?

re: Did I really just see a successful bunt?

How often does it work like that? It’s usually assumed that you’re trading an out for a base. The only reason they did it the second time is it worked the first time. The 6th inning is a bit early. Outs are valuable commodities in a game where a 1 out 3 success rate is winning.

It’s situational. Give me a three run dinger or a base clearing double any day. I didn’t see it, so I don’t know the situation. You don’t send a HITTER up to trade an out for a base until late in a game. I really love the aesthetics of a squeeze play.

That’s why I wait till the consensus is overwhelming before I wanna dunk on a coach. ??

re: How does a defense actually contain Jayden Daniels?

Ball control. Keep it out of his hands by grinding it out.
re: LSU RB room

Had to protect the QB. That’s a big ask of a freshman running back plus Williams is such a class act. I think they will get these guys ready for protections next year.
re: Corso said Washington's receivers are better than LSU's lol

I wasn’t impressed. Lacy is much better than people give him credit for. He’s really talented after the catch. I think he comes out next year. Just got to catch the easy ones.
re: Every fanbase after last night's game

I don’t think so. Comparisons are stupid, but I noticed Washington’s running backs were absent in protection and their receivers were not a factor. I believe Jayden could have exploited a few of those creases in the pass rush for big gains. We’d score but do would they.

It’s a problem lotsa coaches would love to have.

That’s too much effort considering the fact that I am on the internet. You can’t click fast enough to see all the boobs that are readily available for our viewing pleasure.

Sounds like the pair I saw on a stripper down on Bourbon street when I was 16. She could make those tassels go in opposite directions, so there’s that. I was mesmerized.

I spit my coffee out, a-hole. Now I have to get up and grab some paper towels. Thank you for that. Lol
About that ESPN nip slip…

I read quite a few headlines about the ESPN apology, but reading a few articles nobody posted a clip. My question, we’re they nice?
