Hey Bama, I’m sure you have read my posts the last few years saying the documents case and the Georgia case are legit.

But I am much less confident in this particular case. If you read legal blogs, there seems to be consensus that if any of the cases have a chance to fail, it’s this one.

It’s really the only case where trump can make reasonable arguments in court.

All of them are shite cases. The only reason the NYC case if better than the MAL case is due to the available jury pool and judges in their respective courts.

Jack's cases and Fani's case is done for all intents and purposes. The NYC case however has legs due to the judge and jury pool.

They have some real nuts in NYC.

My understanding is that he clearly committed a misdemeanor by falsifying business records to hide his pay-off to a porn star to hide his affair during an election, but linking it to election fraud as a felony is where some legal scholars think it could be tricky.

Others think it's a slam dunk and Trump's only hope of not being a felon in a few weeks is a lucky juror.

Really? So Trump can’t make reasonable arguments in the other cases?!
I think it’s reasonable for him to say that Biden, as a VP took classified documents and stored them in multiple unsecured places and shared top secret information with a publisher and isn’t being prosecuted, but he is. I think that’s very reasonable.
Or how about Fanni Willis is corrupt and her case against Trump is politically motivated. I think that’s reasonable.
Or how about the case where he supposedly inflated his real estate? The bank’s own assessors evaluated his properties, ok’d the loans, and the loans were paid back. I think it’s reasonable to assume no one was harmed.

at you for responding to a far leftist with deference and respect like that. You never give us that courtesy.
