The closest you may come is the restaurant Cochon. Otherwise you're likely not going to find good boudin unless you make a side trip to Lafayette and the surrounding areas.

There is a Ronnie's between Baton Rouge and New Orleans that has pretty good boudin too. It's about an hour or so outside of NOLA.

Cochon Butcher sells Boudin, as far as I know. That would be a good bet.

As far as Muffaletta Bread, I don't know. I bet some grocery stores with bakeries have them.

When they brought it to Lafayette, it doomed the place. Is all the food as bad as the boudin of course it wasn't but it was the eye test that wasn't passed and the place never recovered.
