Pinned topics at the bottom?

Is it just me or are the pinned topics now at the bottom of the page for anyone else? This is weird.

They are pinned to the bottom because we don't want to see them popping up, but don't want to anchor them yet either.

I pay for premium which let me pick where I want the pins. I choose the middle
