Oh, you sweet summer child. Where do you think the governments got the money to build roads before income tax? This isn't a thread about income tax specifically but taxes in general. Meme University is cheap but you get what you pay for.

1913 = start of the FED
1913 = 16th amendment ratified leading to
1916 = Revenue Act Passed
1946 = Administrative Procedure Act Passed

The country started dying a long time ago.
