My wife will turn on the heat and then open a window, with the heat running, because she is hot. She also recently insisted that the Benihana Chef make her fried rice without chicken, but she added in chicken from her meal into the fried rice she was served. I'm in hell.

Just stop bro! How to tell us your a GEN Z without telling us.
Or that you've sat in a room your whole life playing video games and has never done any kind of work what so ever.

One time my wife was blowdrying her hair and the AC was running. She came out and turned the thermostat down because she was hot. I told her babe, the AC's already on, that's not gonna make it MORE on. She got so pissed.
The couple of mornings each week my wife washes her hair, I go ahead and turn the AC down to about 62 when she steps in the shower. I know there's going to be a blowdrying tantrum about how she's hot when she's aiming fast hot air at her head for 10 minutes. She's not smart enough to do it in the bathroom directly in front of the vent, she has to stand in front of the sink mirror where the vent is around the corner from her.

I installed a ceiling fan in our master bath for just this reason. My wife takes scalding hot showers then gets out, wraps herself in two towels and a thick robe, turns on the hair dryer to high, and complains that it's hot.
The ceiling fan and exhaust fan help a bunch, but she still complains.
She also REFUSES to understand how the universal remote and entertainment system works. I can't count the number of times I walk in the room and one of the components is on. ANd it's not even always the same one! She will hit the "all off" button and then toss the remote in the "tastful and ornate wicker backet" on the coffee table where the signal is blocked and can't communicate with all of the components.
That same level of impatience keeps her from troubleshooting ANY of the tech in our house after she's fricked it up. At least once a month I'm doing tech support on a TV, laptop, cell phone, Apple TV cube, or ear buds for her.
This woman has two bachelors and a masters. She's an accomplished and successful PA that has worked in several different medical specialties.
SHe admits it, she doesn't want to take the time to learn this stuff because she knows I know it.

My highly educated wife (no pics) thinks that the only thing you have to do is turn the temperature up and down without any regard to whether the unit is set to Heat or Cool. I have tried so many times to teach her to no avail.
And we go through this every spring and fall when there are cool/cold nights and warm days.

Just last night, may wife needed her Apple ID password. She asked me. LOL. So I guided her through the password recovery steps, which aren't many, and she got confused as to why the 6 digit pass code they sent to her phone didn't work when she tried to use it for the password.

Gleason come back in this thread to receive your medicine. If you have ever had AC troubles ever in your life you would know this is not the case.
How in the holy hell did you people (five of you?) think I was being serious? You must be shitting me. I was typing what the woman says. Not what I think.
Damnit man. Depressing.
