This Will Guillory Athletic article stat is wild

quote:

He’s one of 12 players to accumulate at least 20 steals and 20 blocks since the All-Star break, and he’s notched more points and assists than anyone else on that list.

I don't know about Monster.

But he certainly seems like a different player since the ASB.

If he's in peak physical shape, there's no reason why he can't be a very good defender and an elite scorer around the rim.

Imagine a plus defender Zion with Dyson and Herb confident in their shots

I think that him staying healthy for for a full season for the first time since he turned pro has allowed him to finally improve his overall game. We can all see that he's getting better. He averaged 2 steals and 2 blocks per game at Duke, so he CAN play defense. He's going to go back to being an All Star next year. He's gonna average about 27/7/6 on 60% shooting, while adding 2 blocks and 2 steals per game. MVP candidate for sure.

Next step, Zion shows up in good shape and playing like this game 1 of next year.

It'll only be year 6...

That's getting ahead of ourselves...

Post-ASB: 23.8/6.5/5.4 on 56.9% shooting. While having 1.1 SPG, 1.0 BPG.

How about we settle for 25/7/6 and 2 STOCKS
