Cox is actually working right now and I'm confused. I had my Hotspot all charged up prepared to work by candlelight all day.

I’ve had Eatel for nearly 11 years.
Had 1 outage for about 2 hours and immediately got a text message about when it would be back on.
Never lost it during Ida. Had to plug in my power source into my generator, but never lost it.
