I’m sorry if prices rising by just 3.2% this year ON TOP OF last years 6% increase doesn’t made me feel better.
Funny he neglects to mention that all job growth in the past year has been in part time jobs…and the number of full time jobs is actually lower than a year ago. And that native born employment is also lower than a year ago. Meaning all the job gains have went to illegals working part time jobs.
He also neglects to mention the lowest labor participation rate ever that is artificially lowering the unemployment rate. Or that wage increases are falling inflation again. Or the historic diversion between the household and establishment employment surveys…the former showing a much weaker labor market.
But other than that there is no reason for people to feel the economy is worse than the government data suggests. I guess people are just too stupid to realize we are really much better off.
