I think Hailey has a reputation and was included. I remember her prior coach having to constantly stay on her to calm the f down or something like that. She just isn’t the best player on her team anymore, is playing new position and not as cocky as she has struggled playing point, and doesn’t get the same press attention. Just because she says it was just directed at black teammates doesn’t make it so.

I think article was mostly about the coach and trying to jump on the Washington Post bandwagon. You put South Carolina’s coach at LSU with same players and actions, and this article isn’t written.

I also think LSU is trying to push it’s them against the world right now for some extra motivation which is fine and probably needed tomorrow as they won last year with hot scorer off the bench.
