there's this "local influencer" with a pretty big following in new orleans who lives in an inherited POS house and drives around in a POS truck and he has the answers to all of new orleans' (and the the world's) problems. i'll never understand how someone like that gets any sort of following.

I think I know who you are talking about...didnt his truck get hit by a city garbage truck and damaged and hes been on a many months long rant about how they owe him and hes suing the city for damages etc?

I know who you're talking about.
He is a Teedy apoligist and always blames the "Republicans in BR" for all the city's problems.
He made a claim about New Orleans tourism dollars subsidizing the state "MAGA area's" budget and a white guy pointed out that Orleans parish took in more revenue than it produced. The guy got called a racist and was blocked from commenting.
