Except, it doesn't. It says 'can' have babies, not can't. It's confusing from the start. I can't tell if the OP meant 'can't' or not, but the meme is just Cillian Murphy, out of context, with words that on the face are simply stating a fact. Women have babies.
Why would anyone thinking that men can have babies make this self-owning meme?
It's contradictory.
It's as confused as those who have gender dysphoria, which I guess is on-brand?
