You just said you were concerned about him destroying evidence at home. Which is it? And is the ATF so understaffed that they can't serve 2 search warrants and keep an eye on the subject?

You're all over the place on this one. He may very well be a bad actor, but they got what they wanted with the 0600 raid. A shootout that could have been avoided, just like Waco could have been avoided.

Waco, and Ruby Ridge, and a thousand other cases where the government abused its power which resulted in death.

Sorry if it wasn't clear. That part you quoted was the "I'm doing dirt and am at work while my home camera shows LEO searching my residence" scenario.

They didn't have info for a 2nd location. The search may have provided that information. Or PC for an arrest.

If you read the search warrant, it's pretty clear he was not getting out of this charge.

Now, as for the search, nothing (credible, at least) has indicated this was a no knock warrant or anything that extreme. The report I read was there were 2 agents who went to serve the warrant, dindu shot one and then was shot. I haven't read anything about no knocks or knocking down his door or anything dramatic. If ole baw was going to open fire there, he would have opened fire anywhere.
