Sure, if you want to dip the tip and part of the shaft in cold toilet water first thing in the morning. Work on hip and lower back flexibility so you can straddle and bend to make the angle work. Other option are turning on the shower to get the heat building and letting the cold water take care of it, or simply peeing off the back porch.
