We have an independent, self governing and self regulating group of entities who answer to no one, and operate by their own rules. They have absolutely no fear of FOIA disclosures because there is no one to hold them accountable - the only time they actually raise a stink is when they feel that the disclosures may expose their methods or put their individual assets in the spotlight.

We are a banana republic.

If you suddenly do see the see eye A pushing back ridiculously hard, it's a tell-tale sign that their deployed assets were there to foment an actual insurrection where there was none.

Oh, and just so no one forgets, Ashli Babbitt was murdered inside the Capitol building that day. She was shot point blank in the throat by CHP Lt. Michael Byrd, who completely ignored the universal "escalation of force triangle", and went straight for his service revolver. Liberal/Communist mobs literally burnt down entire areas of cities from coast to coast when a lifelong criminal died of a fentanyl overdose while being restrained by police officers in Minnesota, but Michael Byrd is called a "hero" by these same people for committing actual murder.

Scratch my earlier comment. We're not a banana republic. It's worse than that. We are an Etatist state living within an illusion of liberty.
