Anybody using Iron products to green up your lawn?

If so which one?
I remember there was someone last year really happy with what he was using.
I would assume to not use one with Nitrogen right now

Hold off right now - like you say. Let the grass come out of dormancy on it's time. Don't push it. Patience. We're all antsy right now to get things going.

Just bought green max from Scott’s due to it being on sale and it also being a high nitrogen fertilizer. I think I’ll use that to spoon feed a small area this summer.
Look into Ironite, chelated iron, and Micro Greene.

Granular options are milorignite and houactinite. You'll find that they work better on centipede/St Aug than bermuda. Although I did spray iron on my front yard last year and it was greener than the back but I was also using a half rate of fert every other week on the front.

I’ve tested out Ironite with no noticeable difference, but I regularly fertilize.

I use Ironite for trees and plants. Iron is a needed mineral, in most every soil. Most lawn mixes have 2% iron.
