I fail to see what that has anything to do with them taking her from the bar where she was so far gone she couldn't even walk on her own two legs, having sex with her while in such a compromised state, and then dumping her on the side of the road.

They are trying to defame her character in an attempt to get a hung jury. There have been posters on here in the various threads basically saying she got what she deserved by partying and having premarital sex outside of this incident. That it "caught up to her". This is a classic case of "she was asking for it" defense.

I’m all for those guys getting prosecuted but some of this is inaccurate. In the video she chased after the guys. So she could walk. They didn’t “take her” per se. And from what I understand is they didn’t dump her on the side of the road but a neighborhood and then she ran across Burbank drunkenly.

I’m not defending the boys at all. But I saw her run across the parking lot and even hop a curb pretty dexterously.

Just being honest, this case is very complicated.

Some of y’all have no idea what the facts are.

There’s video of her running after the guys to get into their car as they were leaving. Apparently, there’s video from inside the car with her saying she wants to have sex. And then the claim is she got mad and demanded to be let out of the car.

The prosecution is going to say rape because she was too drunk to consent. Part of that evidence to prove this is them arguing she was raped with physical evidence. Of course the defense will now say you can’t know for sure they raped her since she had sex with another guy just before.

Y’all gotta start looking at this in legal terms and take emotion out of it.

I may be misremembering, but I’m pretty sure I saw video of her running/jogging outside the bar.

in simplest terms, they used bruising on her body as some sort of proof she didnt have sex willingly, this guys story says that bruising was from consensual sex the day before. its a very very important detail that needs to be corrected.

the video evidence shows she wasnt incapacitated or too drunk to reason and function so that dispels the "she was too drunk to consent" theory

im not sure what really happened, but from the facts i have seen, they havent shown any compelling reason to assume she didnt want the gang bang to happen. i hope they burn if they are guilty, i just have many unanswered questions and the prosecution was clearly negligent in its case preparation
