You people assume he is going up against the same candidate and conditions as 2020. At that point, Biden was seen as the lesser of two evils. Biden does not have that luxury anymore. Also in 2020 there was no viable 3rd party candidates. This time there will most like be two - RFK and Stein that are going to take votes from Biden. Trump doesn't need to sway 5% of independents if RFK and Stein are stealing those away from Biden.
