You can’t do that in baseball and be a consistent championship caliber team. Louisiana just doesn’t produce the talent in baseball that it does in football.

There are excellent players here but not enough of them to fill an Omaha roster. You’ve just gotta get the best and then fill in the blanks with talent from elsewhere.
